Boys Are StupidShe sighed. They had somehow, once again, ended up discussing their relationship (or lack thereof). She really hated when they got into these discussions because she was never really sure if he really believed everything she said, and she also wasn't sure how it made him feel. She had assured him hundreds, maybe thousands of times that she was happy with how they were, yet somehow, through various circumstances and happenings, they always came back to this same topic. This time though, the conversation went a little differently. This time, he said something that had always bugged her because it had always seemed somewhat unfair. "I wishBoys Are Stupid

"But what if it is?" I ask myself, not expecting an answer. "Maybe there's something more I could be having, if only I had the courage."
"Then ask him," they say, "and stop complaining. Something more than contentment may be waiting in the answer to your simple question."
So I'll ask him my question, to see what he says in response. I hope like hell he tells me yes, so we can be happy toge
To Tell or NotTo tell, or not?To Tell or Not
I try to figure it out and can't tell how you feel. Sometimes I think everyone's right. Sometimes they're wrong, and I don't know what to believe.
And I don't know if I should ask you, and possibly end up risking the friendship we have now, or if I should leave things the way they are.
I need a sign, something that points in the right direction for me.

| What do I do?: Writing. More recently, gushy short-story type stuff. Usually, it's poetry and some longer-ish stories. Wish I could: Play guitar. Well...I could, if I worked at it. I just haven't had time yet. >.< I also: Take a scary amount of pictures with my camera phone. It's a way to amuse myself when I'm bored. |
